Take precautions against NULL returns from getPrimaryClip

* java/org/gnu/emacs/EmacsSdk11Clipboard.java (getClipboardData):
Return null if the clip data is not set.  Also delete superfluous
debugging code.  (bug#65445)
(getClipboard): Don't dereference NULL clip data.
